What You Will Do

• Establish relationships through proactive candidate outreach over the phone
• Learn about individuals’ personal and professional goals and desires
• Inform job candidates of professional opportunities that align with their interests
• Converse with architects and engineers regarding their qualifications and open positions

About You

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience in a third party or agency recruiting/staffing setting
• Ability to establish rapport with individuals and engage in conversation over the phone
• Can communicate effectively; both verbally and written
• Previous business development or account management experience is a plus
