American Home Design is looking for a hands-on Senior Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts. This role is primarily focused on actively recruiting-sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent-while also helping shape strategies and processes that strengthen our overall talent acquisition function. Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Build strong pipelines of talent with an emphasis on sales roles, while also supporting hiring needs across the organization.
• Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
• Ensure every candidate has a professional, positive experience throughout the process.
• Use and optimize our applicant tracking system (iSolved) to manage candidates, monitor workflows, and provide reporting.
• Evaluate recruiting strategies and share insights to continuously improve how we attract and retain talent.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sourcing methods and social recruiting.
• At least 5 years of experience successfully recruiting sales talent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, results-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
