Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Post job openings on job boards and social media
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
• Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and job platforms
