Senior Recruiter (Full‑Time, Salary Exempt) – Competitive pay rates based on experience
Global K9 Protection Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Recruiter to serve as an integral part of the GK9PG Team. The role involves leading recruitment efforts for various positions across the organization, attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers and enhancing the employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for all levels of positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media, job boards, networking, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with departmental goals.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices; provide insights and recommendations.
- Data‑Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to assess effectiveness and make improvements.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand and promote company culture.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote D&I initiatives, ensuring a diverse slate of candidates for all positions.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and other HR team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions from entry‑level to executive roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HR) or Paycom/Payroll certification is a plus.
- Vendor management experience (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
