Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to support hiring needs by delivering high-quality talent across multiple functions and locations. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the broader talent community. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening the employer brand, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and influencing both short- and long-term recruiting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and gain a clear understanding of role requirements, responsibilities, and desired skill sets.
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop creative strategies for attracting candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
- Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications using behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and external talent communities to ensure consistent and successful hiring outcomes.
- Provide candidates with clear, accurate, and engaging information about the organization, role, and business strategy.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by setting expectations and sharing relevant insights about the company and hiring teams.
- Extend employment offers in alignment with company compensation policies and guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and implement innovative recruiting practices to remain competitive.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to recruit across a broad range of roles in a multi-location environment.
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, and compliance.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage recruiting activities within an applicant tracking system.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and align recruiting strategies with business needs and budget constraints.
Preferred Skills
- AIRS certification.
- Experience recruiting for engineering or manufacturing roles.
- Experience building relationships with local training institutions and employment centers.
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required.
Education
- High School Diploma required.
