Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will take ownership of how we find and bring in great people as we grow into new locations. This role focuses on building a steady pipeline of strong candidates across roles and helping us make thoughtful, high-quality hires.

You will spend your time identifying talent, conducting interviews and assessments, and building relationships that turn into hires over time. You'll also help shape how we show up in the legal community by connecting our attorneys and leaders to the right events, networks, and opportunities.

You'll work closely with executive leadership to understand where we're going, what talent we need next, and how to position the firm so the right people want to join. The goal is a consistent, reliable flow of candidates who can help us open and strengthen offices as we expand.

Core Job Duties

  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates across a range of roles, including attorneys, operations, and support staff
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current hiring needs and anticipated growth
  • Drive top-of-funnel recruiting activity to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates into the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers and firm leadership to understand staffing needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly
  • Support consistent execution of the firm's hiring process across roles and departments
  • Identify hiring process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase speed, quality, and candidate conversion
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates
  • Support outreach efforts that strengthen brand awareness within the legal and professional community
  • Help coordinate networking events, referral-building opportunities, and other recruiting-related external engagement efforts
  • Support attorneys and leadership in talent attraction efforts as needed
  • Represent Stouffer Legal professionally and help reinforce its reputation as an employer of choice
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, from sourcing and screening through offer stage
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidate sources, referral partners, and relevant professional networks
  • Own the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a professional, organized process
  • Support onboarding coordination to help ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date
  • Continuously refine sourcing approaches and contribute to overall recruiting effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, such as legal, operations, and/or professional services preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, legal recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of sourcing and engaging strong candidates across multiple roles
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Highly proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience supporting recruiting across multiple offices or locations is a plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $105,000
  • Target total compensation: $114,000–$126,000, including incentive compensation tied to recruiting outcomes.
