Job Details

  • Position: Senior Recruiter (Contract) – Job ID 22212
  • Contract Length: 4 months
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days onsite
  • Location: Richmond, VA
  • Eligibility: Local candidates only; no C2C candidates

Responsibilities

  • Attract and recruit mid‑to‑senior level positions across multiple business functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver a consultative, high‑touch recruiting experience while ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and execute full‑cycle recruiting.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Team, and HR Business Partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on mid‑to‑senior level professional or leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in an ever‑changing environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting and onboarding.
