Our client, a globally recognized recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Recruiter to spearhead talent acquisition efforts. This is a fully remote, senior-level position requiring extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment across various industries. You will be responsible for building robust talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to understand their strategic workforce needs, and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates. This role demands exceptional candidate engagement skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive a superior recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, utilize cutting‑edge recruitment technology, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, from executive search to specialized technical positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates across various platforms and networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and compensation strategies.
- Partner with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and talent requirements, acting as a strategic talent advisor.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track progress, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market intelligence, and innovative recruitment technologies.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve and exceed key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in demanding roles across multiple industries (e.g., Tech, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering).
- Extensive experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent pipelining.
- Proficiency in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
