Position Overview

A leading global investment organization is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support full-cycle talent acquisition across a diverse set of business areas. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to drive strategic hiring initiatives.

This position requires a proactive, consultative recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and brings a strong understanding of recruiting within financial services or other complex, professional industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of functions, including investment, operations, finance, and corporate roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using a variety of tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, networking, referrals)
  • Manage and prioritize multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate experience
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes from initial outreach through offer stage
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies
  • Contribute to process improvements and recruiting best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services, investment management, or other professional services environments
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume and/or specialized searches simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for investment, front-office, or highly technical finance roles
  • Familiarity with global or multi-region hiring practices
  • Background in executive search or agency recruiting environments
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
