Drive impactful talent acquisition as a Senior Recruiter focusing on clinical and retail roles. This hybrid position allows you to blend on-site collaboration with remote flexibility, making your work both dynamic and fulfilling. In this 12‑month contract, you will support recruitment efforts for Optometrists, Licensed Opticians, and retail team members across Canada. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Engage with partners and candidates to create a values‑driven recruitment experience that enhances the organization's clinical and retail talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source Optometric Doctors and Retail professionals
- Manage candidate engagement and coordinate interviews
- Represent at recruitment events and career fairs
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems
- Provide insights to help Partners with hiring decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job boards
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Highly organized managing multiple vacancies
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems
