👉 You are building it. A growing tech company (software & hardware) is facing a strong scaling phase – and is looking for someone who truly owns recruiting: structuring, building, optimizing, and sustaining it long-term.

Your Role

• You are responsible for the setup and further development of the entire recruiting structure
• You work closely with specialist departments and translate needs into clear hiring strategies
• You are operationally involved – but at the same time think process-oriented and scalable 👉 Focus: ~90% Talent Acquisition / ~10% HR Support (e.g., for vacation or sickness cover)

Your Tasks (to the point)

• Building university cooperations & networks (universities, institutions)
• Building efficient and scalable recruiting processes & structures
• Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline / candidate database
• Active sourcing and direct approach of candidates
• Close coordination with hiring managers to define requirements
• Managing the entire recruiting process (end-to-end)
• Collaboration with external partners (e.g., headhunters)

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition
• Experience in building structures or the desire to do exactly that
• Interest in technical roles & complex profiles
• Hands-on mentality + simultaneously a view for processes
• Very good German and good English skills
