About Us

We are growing fast with a small team that significantly outperforms its size. To maintain this, we need someone who can deliver both quality and speed with over 1,000 applications per month. You will manage the complete recruiting process: scorecard creation, active sourcing, CV screening, structured interviews with AI evaluation. Handling 8+ open positions concurrently, with 2 to 5 hires per month.

This is not an HR job. This is the role that enables or hinders our growth.

Responsibilities

  • CV SCREENING WITH SCORECARD – Every application is matched against a Topgrading scorecard. You will use AI tools for the initial match but critically question every result. No CV will remain unaddressed for longer than 48 hours.
  • ACTIVE SOURCING & PIPELINE BUILDING – You will build a qualified pipeline for each vacancy using LinkedIn, Xing, and job portals. Quality over quantity. At least 5 qualified candidates per vacancy within 10 working days.
  • COORDINATE & EVALUATE INITIAL INTERVIEWS – You will schedule employees for structured initial interviews and evaluate transcripts against the scorecard within 24 hours. You will identify whether evidence exists or if it's just a good narrative.
  • SCORECARDS & JOB POSTINGS – You will create scorecards for new roles and derive job postings from them. If a posting attracts the wrong people, you will recognize it and correct it. Methodology will be taught; critical thinking is a must.
  • OWN PROCESS END-TO-END – You will manage the complete recruiting process across all departments. You will always know the status of each vacancy. Your goal: 2 to 5 qualitative hires per month. If something stalls, you will act.

Profile

  • INHOUSE RECRUITING EXPERIENCE – You have recruited IN a company FOR that company for at least 1 year. Your own positions, your own ATS, your own hiring managers. Staffing, temporary work, or external recruitment agencies do not count.
  • SCREENING WITH SYSTEM – You have a system for pre-selection: checklist, scorecard, structured criteria. You can justify why someone is a good fit and why not.
  • NUMBERS OVER GUT FEELING – You think in funnels, conversion rates, and reaction times. You don't need to have built a dashboard, but you must be able to explain why a sourcing strategy isn't working and what you would change.
  • HUNGER & INITIATIVE – In your last role, you improved things without being asked. Open vacancies won't let you go. You take responsibility for results, not just tasks.
