As we enter an exciting new chapter—including our corporate move to Boston in fall 2026—we are looking for a contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the teams that will define the future of play. This is a six‑month contract role (potential to extend to 12 months), based onsite three days per week (Tuesday‑Thursday) at our interim Boston office location.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, brand ambassador, and talent strategist to attract and hire extraordinary people who elevate our craft and culture.
- Champion the future of play by recruiting top creative and technical talent across disciplines.
- Partner strategically with hiring leaders, influencing decisions that align with business priorities while continuously raising the talent bar.
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting with intention and excellence—from market mapping and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close.
- Build robust, forward‑looking talent pipelines to support our Boston expansion and long‑term growth.
- Design innovative, inclusive sourcing strategies that expand access to diverse talent and strengthen our teams.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and turns every interaction into a brand‑building moment.
- Leverage data, insights, and AI‑enabled tools to continuously improve outcomes, efficiency, and impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, evolving corporate or agency environment.
- Proven ability to engage deeply with both technical and creative talent—understanding the nuances of their craft and what motivates them.
- Experience building inclusive, innovative, and data‑driven sourcing strategies that uncover exceptional, often passive talent.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder partnership skills; you understand how talent fuels performance and growth.
- Confidence in assessment and negotiation, with the ability to guide decisions thoughtfully and strategically.
- Agility and focus in high‑volume, complex environments, balancing speed with precision.
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and a drive to continuously raise the bar.
- Passion for storytelling, brands, games, entertainment, or consumer products—and an appreciation for the power of Hasbro’s IP.

Compensation
- Base salary range: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour (the hiring range will vary based on experience, skills, location, and market conditions).
