Your consultative approach will optimize hiring strategies by embedding diversity into all stages of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill roles through targeted sourcing
• Act as Subject Matter Expert throughout recruitment processes
• Track pertinent information using applicant tracking systems
• Engage in preliminary interviews to validate candidate skills
• Provide market intelligence to assist business decisions

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma necessary
• At least 3 years’ experience in full life-cycle recruitment
• Advanced sourcing and networking skills
• Strong consultative recruitment abilities
• Experience with behavioral-based interview techniques
