Role Responsibilities
- Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and recruitment technologies to attract high‑quality talent.
- Manage the offer process, ensuring smooth coordination of pre‑employment documentation and compliance requirements.
- Utilize data‑driven insights to track hiring performance and improve recruitment processes.
- Navigate complex recruitment challenges with mínimal supervision while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced, multinational environment (in‑house or RPO experience is a plus, along with exposure to the financial services sector).
- Strong expertise in sourcing tools, job boards, and recruitment technologies (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and leverage data to inform decision‑making and optimize hiring strategies.
- Experience working in SLA‑driven environments with the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
- Experience working in Austria and/or Germany is essential.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
Salary
We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 57,300.00 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
