Du verantwortest das End‑to‑End‑Recruiting für anspruchsvolle, internationale Rollen, übernimmst die methodische Führung im Active Sourcing und wirkst aktiv an der Positionierung von d&b als Employer of Choice mit. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Fachbereichen, HR Business Partnern und weiteren People Expert:innen zusammen – immer mit Blick auf Qualität, Tempo und einer starken Candidate Experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will take end-to-end responsibility for senior and international recruiting mandates.
  • You will conduct kick-off meetings (must/nice-to-have profile requirements, search parameters, etc.) with departments and HRBPs, jointly defining requirement profiles and selection processes, and providing active input on diagnostic assessment methods (e.g., interviews, case studies, trial work, etc.).
  • You will identify suitable profiles through active sourcing, directly and individually approaching candidates.
  • You will conduct interviews, prepare well-founded selection recommendations, ensure our d&b selection standard, and manage the decision-making process.
  • You will recognize the potential of artificial intelligence in daily practice. Test your ideas and share them with the international HR and department community.
  • You will build strategic talent pools and pipelines and maintain active contact with candidates.
  • You will make offers to candidates, accompany the entire offer negotiation process, and ensure a professional transition to onboarding.
  • You will provide regular KPIs for your target group, define KPIs for active sourcing, and help the department, HR Business Partner, and People Management make informed decisions based on your KPIs.

Your Profile

  • You have a completed university degree or a comparable education with relevant additional qualification in the HR field.
  • You have several years of experience in recruiting senior, specialized, or international roles, ideally in an international corporate context.
  • You use active sourcing securely and strategically – also in international candidate markets.
  • You advise hiring managers confidently and manage selection processes at eye level.
  • You develop search strategies in a structured manner and implement them consistently.
  • You communicate clearly, convincingly, and with negotiation skills.
  • You work proficiently in German and English. Additional language skills are welcome.
  • You use AI tools or modern sourcing-based technologies in recruiting purposefully.
  • Ideally, you have experience in actively strengthening your personal brand, e.g., via LinkedIn or professional communities.
  • Experience in collaborating with executive search partners is desirable.
