We are looking for a dedicated (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) for our Strategic Accounts business unit in Düsseldorf. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting talented specialists and managers, thereby making a significant contribution to sustainable corporate success and fulfilling careers. The Strategic Accounts business unit is responsible for project and major client business and, with the Delivery Center, has its own recruitment team that, among other things, handles the support of portal clients via online procurement platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- As a (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d), you will professionally approach and recruit candidates for individual and large projects with our clients via relevant job portals and social media channels.
- You will schedule and conduct telephone and in-person interviews, including salary negotiations.
- You will manage and administer applications, creating and maintaining candidate profiles in the CRM system.
- You will independently post and manage job advertisements.
- You will match candidate profiles with our clients' requirements.

Your Profile
- You have a completed university degree or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the personnel services industry.

Responsibilities
- Als (Senior) Recruiter (w/m/d) sprichst du Kandidaten professionell über relevante Jobportale und Social-Media-Kanäle an und rekrutierst sie für Einzel- sowie Großprojekte bei unseren Kunden.
- Du terminierst und führst telefonische sowie persönliche Interviews durch - inklusive Gehaltsverhandlungen.
- Du übernimmst das Bewerbermanagement und die -administration und legst Bewerber im CRM-System an bzw. pflegst deren Profile.
- Du schaltest Stellenanzeigen eigenverantwortlich und verwaltest sie.
- Du gleichst Kandidatenprofile mit den Anforderungen unserer Kunden ab.
