• Must have experience in Defense and National Security space including Poly level candidate sourcing and generation for National Security contracts.
• This position will operate mainly as a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter with a clear understanding of IT Services and Mission Operational Roles.
• The role requires the ability to source, screen and hire in both the Virginia and Maryland markets.

• Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience using/analyzing labor market data

• Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects and their progress
