Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Talent Lead to help scale the Giotto.ai team.
- This is a critical role for the company.
- You will work directly with founders and technical leadership to identify, attract, and recruit exceptional engineering talent across Europe.
- Your focus will be on hiring highly talented mid-senior and senior engineers, particularly across:
- Machine Learning Engineering
- Python / Software Engineering
- DevOps and Infrastructure
- Depending on experience and interest, the role can be structured either as a consulting engagement or as an internal talent leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Source exceptional engineering talent across Europe
- Scout leading open source projects maintainers to find exceptional talent
- Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer (initially on Linkedin)
- Build long-term candidate pipelines and networks
- Build a vetted pool of specialised contractors
- Work closely with founders and technical leaders to define hiring profiles
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
Required Profile
- Proven experience recruiting technical profiles
- Experience hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or infrastructure engineers
- Strong understanding of the Swiss tech talent landscape
- Ability to assess candidate quality and technical depth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive and results-driven
Location & Work Style
- The role is fully remote. The candidate will be hired as a contractor.
- For exceptional talent, we can offer an employment position in Switzerland with the role of Talent Lead.
