Your Tasks – What awaits you

  • You take responsibility for your own region within one of our core markets (SAP, IT, Executive or Real Estate) and strategically expand it.
  • You are the central point of contact for your companies (clients) as well as your candidates and initiate, accompany, and manage the entire recruiting process.
  • Through independent support of your market, contract negotiations are also part of your task.
  • Additionally, you pass on your knowledge and support your colleagues in a mentoring role.
  • Should your previous focus be in the SAP, IT Security, AI or IT Infrastructure area, you will have the opportunity to build your completely own area with us.

Your Profile – What you bring with you

  • Relevant previous experience in personnel consulting, as well as ambition, resilience, and perseverance are a matter of course for you.
  • You also have a completed degree or a comparable training.
  • Sales is your passion, entrepreneurial thinking is in your blood, and success is your drive.
  • You know the industry and can prove your previous successes using clear KPIs.
