About the role
Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Generalist Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing
recruitment across a variety of industries and roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for
sourcing, screening, and placing quality candidates while building strong relationships with clients
and candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to candidate placement.
• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such social media,
networking, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Advertise roles and proactively build strong candidate talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records on the recruitment system and track recruitment activity.
Package & Remuneration
• Degree in Human Resources, PBusiness, or a related field essential
• 2–4 years recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries or job categories.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
