About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established and growing team. This role is ideal for a proven recruiter with experience across any one of the following sectors : Civil & Structural Engineering/Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)/Architecture, who thrives in a consultative, relationship -led environment and is confident operating at all levels with clients and candidates.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a specialist desk within the built environment sector, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and developing long -term partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end -to -end recruitment processes for permanent and/or contract roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
- Liaise confidently with candidates and clients at all levels, from junior professionals to senior leadership and directors
- Proactively develop new business while nurturing and expanding existing accounts
- Source, interview, and assess candidates to ensure high -quality placements
- Negotiate offers, manage counter -offers, and oversee a smooth onboarding process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with recruitment standards
About You
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within built environment discipline
- Strong understanding of the technical recruitment market and industry trends
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels
- Commercially driven with a consultative and solutions -focused mindset
- Self -motivated, resilient, and performance -oriented
- Highly organised with strong time -management skills
