Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for filling exciting, international positions in the Tech areas (Engineering, Supply Chain Management & Purchasing) and will coordinate closely with our Account Management (180° model).
• You will monitor the current candidate market and act as an expert on recruiting for our clients.
• You will actively search for talent on various business portals, pitch the position to be filled, and excite potential applicants about us and our clients.
• You will analyze application documents, conduct interviews and introductory meetings to ensure an optimal fit and to make the best pre-selection for your projects.
• You will accompany your candidates throughout the entire application process from initial contact to successful placement, negotiate conditions, and act as a career partner.
• You will represent us at universities and colleges as well as career events, thereby building regional networks at your location.

Your Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in recruiting in the personnel services industry and do not see QM, E/E, and Category Management as foreign words.
• You can demonstrate successes in developing effective recruiting strategies and know how to build a talent pipeline.
• You are proficient in using common tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and are willing to break new ground to find the best talent.
• You are interested in current digital trends or have an affinity for tech and mobility topics.
• You have a passion for the people business, proactively approach people, and enjoy communicating with various stakeholders.
• You have strong consulting and negotiation skills, as well as a confident demeanor.
• You work in a results-oriented manner with a high degree of initiative and perseverance.
• You have fluent German language skills (min. C2 level) and speak fluent English (min. B2 level).
