For our client, a very modern IT service provider, we are currently looking for a Senior Manager IT Recruiting at the Braunschweig location.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for full-cycle recruiting
• Conducting initial interviews and screenings
• Collaboration with external service providers
• Support in sales and collaboration with the sales team

Profile

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, personnel services, or IT sales
• Understanding of IT profiles, roles, and project requirements
• Enjoy working with candidates and clients
• Structured way of working and overview of multiple parallel requests
• Strong communication skills and a feel for people
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have

• Experience in the freelancer or staffing business
• Network in the IT candidate market
