About

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant | Real Estate and Construction Recruitment, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our recruitment services. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading recruitment projects, and guiding a team of consultants to achieve their goals. Your expertise in the real estate and construction sectors will be essential in identifying and securing top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Commercial Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the real estate and construction industries. Understand their hiring needs and career goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage Customer Portfolio and Pipeline: Identify organizations with current and future recruitment needs and candidates looking for new roles. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Talent Brokerage: Act as an intermediary between clients and candidates. Responsibilities include setting up face-to-face registration meetings, video calls, interview preparation, conducting external interviews with stakeholders, finalizing placements, and managing offers.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work with other disciplines across Henderson Scott US, Henderson Scott UK, and Search Recruitment Group to develop business and cross-sell capabilities.
  • Networking: Attend industry-specific networking events to promote our services and build a professional network within the real estate and construction sectors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the real estate and construction sectors.
  • 2+ years of managing a team in a 360 recruitment capacity.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate and construction industries, including key roles and career paths.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a customer portfolio and pipeline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
