Our client, a prestigious recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their fully remote team. This role is integral to connecting top talent with leading organizations across various industries. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting candidates to negotiating offers and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent interviewing and assessment skills, and a proven track record of successful placements. You must be adept at leveraging various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks, to identify high‑caliber candidates. As a remote position, exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential. You will work independently, manage your own desk, and collaborate effectively with colleagues via virtual platforms.
Responsibilities
- Understanding client needs, developing tailored recruitment strategies, conducting candidate screening and interviews, and managing the offer process.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting candidates to negotiating offers and building strong client relationships.
- Leveraging various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks, to identify high‑caliber candidates.
- Working independently, managing your own desk, and collaborating effectively with colleagues via virtual platforms.
- Demonstrating exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Significant experience in agency or in‑house recruitment.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proven track record of successful placements.
- Ability to leverage various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own desk.
- Experience in specialized recruitment areas (a plus).

- Fully remote position; operational base near Onitsha, Anambra, NG.
