About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our entirely remote recruitment agency. This role is pivotal in driving our talent acquisition services for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. As a remote-first organization, you will leverage advanced digital tools and your extensive network to identify, engage, and place top-tier talent. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our consultancy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients, from initial brief to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify passive and active candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for in-demand roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers of employment, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and share best practices within the team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed-upon recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Utilize CRM and ATS systems effectively to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for niche or challenging roles across various sectors.
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a fully remote setting, demonstrating excellent time management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace is essential.
