This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier talent across various industries for our diverse client base. You will be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and job profiling to candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth consultations with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job requirements, organizational culture, and strategic objectives. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates, utilizing various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry databases, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present thoroughly vetted candidate shortlists to clients, providing comprehensive insights and recommendations. Manage the interview process, facilitate feedback, and guide candidates through each stage. Negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment between candidate expectations and client parameters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Contribute to market intelligence gathering and analysis to advise clients on recruitment best practices and talent market dynamics. Foster and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, building a robust talent pipeline for future opportunities. Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share best practices and support collective goals. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment. Demonstrated ability to source and attract niche or hard-to-find talent. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms. Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices. Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
