About the role

You will be working as a Senior Recruiter in the US Staffing division of MSR Technology Group DBA Infomatics, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Handling end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across various domains - Sourcing candidates through job boards such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms - Conducting initial screenings and evaluating candidates for technical and cultural fit - Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with US-based hiring managers - Maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers - Ensuring compliance with US staffing protocols and documentation standards - Working in EST time zones as needed

To qualify for this role, you should have:

- 46 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment - Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously - Willingness to work night shifts or overlapping US hours

The compensation for this position includes a salary range of 5 7.5 LPA (based on experience and skillset) along with incentives based on performance and placements. Additionally, comprehensive health insurance coverage for self and immediate family will be provided.
