Job Title: Senior Tech Recruiter Experience: 3–5 Years Work Model: 5 Days Work From Office (Monday–Friday)
We are building a high-impact tech team at Snapmint a fast-growing FinTech and are looking for a strong Senior Recruiter who knows how to hire real engineering talent not just process resumes. This role requires complete ownership of end-to-end hiring, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build high-quality pipelines for mid-to-senior technology roles in a fast-scaling environment. Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles Build structured sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn including deep market mapping and non-conventional channels Crack passive talent through personalized outreach and strategic engagement Ensure exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to offer closure Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks
Required Skills & Experience • 3–6 years of strong hands-on experience in technology recruitment (IT / Digital / Product Engineering roles) • Proven experience hiring for senior roles such as Engineering Managers and Director-level positions • Strong understanding of Backend, Full Stack, QA Automation, and related engineering skillsets • Ability to source through non-conventional channels and talent communities • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth hiring environments
