Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead their Technology Division. This position is crucial for expanding their reach and servicing clients seeking top-tier tech talent across various industries. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from understanding client needs to sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified candidates. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor. This involves proactively identifying potential candidates, conducting thorough interviews, assessing skill sets, and managing the offer process. Your expertise in the tech recruitment landscape will be essential for success, ensuring you stay ahead of market trends and talent availability.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates. Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals. Manage client relationships, understand their hiring needs, and provide market insights. Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed assessments and recommendations. Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process. Stay up-to-date with technology trends and the talent market to provide expert advice to clients. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Contribute to the development of recruitment best practices and team growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on technology roles. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in competitive tech markets. Deep understanding of the technology industry, including various programming languages, frameworks, and IT domains. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and sales aptitude. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity in Warri, Delta, NG and beyond.
