Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong specialization in the technology sector. This role offers a hybrid working model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of the office. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for tech roles, from sourcing high-caliber candidates to negotiating offers and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tech recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the current IT job market.

Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview top-tier IT and technology professionals across various specializations (e.g., software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing). Manage relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical evaluations and behavioral interviews, to ensure a strong fit for client requirements. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and in-demand technology roles. Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging technologies within the tech landscape. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets. Collaborate with junior consultants and provide mentorship and guidance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Represent the company at industry events and career fairs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on placing candidates in technology roles. Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. In-depth knowledge of the technology job market, including various programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure concepts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. High level of professionalism and integrity. This role is based in **Umuahia, Abia, NG** and requires a commitment to both remote and in-office collaboration.
