Responsibilities
Leverage your expertise to:

- Develop and expand your professional network and reputation.
- Identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Conduct advanced interviews and negotiations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring successful placements in corporate and medium-sized enterprises.
- Close high-value deals.

Requirements
- Matric/Degree/Diploma/NQF4
- B2B Sales experience 3-5 years (Non negotiable)
- 3-5 years recruitment experience (Non negotiable)
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, with a focus on business development and desk building.
- Must specialize in a niche industry.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and candidate sourcing.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
