  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring successful placements in corporate and medium-sized enterprises.

Requirements

  • Matric/Degree/Diploma/NQF4
  • B2B Sales experience 3-5 years (Non negotiable)
  • 3-5 years recruitment experience (Non negotiable)
  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment, with a focus on business development and desk building.
  • Must specialize in a niche industry.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and candidate sourcing.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
