Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Drive the sourcing of exceptional talent through various channels, including networking, direct sourcing, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement best practices in candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on team performance and market trends.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new recruitment opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams and achieving hiring targets.
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
