Scope of Work

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and headhunt top-tier researchers, professors, and senior technical leaders within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Specialized Sectors: Focus on high-tech fields such as AI, Biotechnology, Semiconductors, New Energy, and Advanced Manufacturing.
• Executive Search: Conduct outreach to Dean-level academic leaders and corporate CTOs/VPs.
• Pre-screening: Evaluate candidate qualifications and their interest in relocation or academic collaboration with China.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in Executive Search or Technical Recruitment in Germany.
• An established network within German universities, research clusters (e.g., Max Planck, Fraunhofer), or industry leaders.
• Deep understanding of German business etiquette and GDPR compliance.
• Fluent in German (for candidates) and English (for coordination). Chinese is a plus.
