What awaits you?

• You will determine, evaluate, and analyze training needs and advise managers and employees on selecting suitable measures.
• You will conceptualize, implement, and further develop measures for personnel and management development.
• You will independently conduct training events, trainings, and coaching sessions.
• You will identify current trends in personnel development and select suitable training measures and trainers.
• You will administer and expand the digital training system.
• You will be the key user of our recruiting tool Coveto and manage the recruiting process in the service area in close coordination with the regional management.
• You will create and publish job advertisements and select target-group-specific recruiting channels.
• You will regularly report on applicant numbers.
• You will take on HR projects and special tasks as needed.

What you should bring?

• You have a completed degree in psychology, business education, or a comparable degree with a focus on personnel development. Alternatively, you have completed commercial training with corresponding further training in the HR field.
• You have at least 5-8 years of professional experience in similar positions.
• You have experience in presenting and moderating groups.
• You competently use AI-supported tools for the development and optimization of digital learning content.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You have very good German language skills.
• You have a confident demeanor and possess strong social skills and empathy.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and careful manner and have good self- and time management skills.
