Senior Regional Marketing Manager*in EMEA (d/​m/​w)

Responsibilities

  • Development of a regional go-to-market strategy for the "Full Service Foundry" area in the EMEA region
  • Driving business development activities in the EMEA region with a focus on the "Full Service Foundry" offering
  • Building an opportunity pipeline in the EMEA region and ensuring regional design-win targets are met
  • Identifying, escalating, highlighting, driving, and tracking business opportunities to determine success factors and prerequisites for business closures
  • Identifying, escalating, highlighting, driving, and tracking business risks and obstacles to business success
  • Building relationships with new customers in the region until they are mature enough to be handed over to sales for customer support
  • Close collaboration with the PL lead and product managers on technology roadmaps and market research throughout the EMEA region
  • Summarizing technical questions/problems from EMEA customers and driving solutions together with local System Solution Engineers and the technical expert team within the PL
  • Customer recognition as a dedicated BL/PL representative with influence on BL/PL management and decision-making authority
  • Training the regional sales force on BL/PL strategy and goals, as well as training BL/PL management on regional/customer-specific requirements

Qualifications

  • University degree in Electronics, Physics, or Semiconductor Technology; MBA an advantage
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, plus at least three more years in a marketing or business development position
  • Familiarity with service business models, ideally in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Background in IC design, particularly in analog or mixed-signal circuits, an advantage
  • Experience with product launches, sales channel, and business partner management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving orientation and analytical thinking
  • High motivation and commitment
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., German) are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
