Note: The candidate must live in the EMEA region, fluent English is mandatory. German language skills are also a big advantage.

Become part of our team as a Regional Product Manager and take responsibility for the development of regional product strategies and the support of new launches in the EMEA market.

In this key role, you will create a comprehensive analysis of the regional market and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure a profitable and successful product portfolio.

Your Main Tasks

  • Clearly present market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Conduct market segmentation to develop segment-specific strategies
  • Analyze competitors and benchmark products.
  • Support Operations/Manufacturing in creating product demand forecasts.
  • Develop competitive Value Propositions that offer clear added value.
  • Design Go-to-Market strategies, including channel strategies and partnerships.
  • Manage product lifecycles, in line with the global product strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape sales and marketing strategies and ensure they align with financial goals.
  • Lead conflict resolution that impacts the customer experience.
  • Support Sales Enablement through training and the creation of product promotion materials.
  • Manage special pricing requests and participate in customer meetings to secure new business opportunities.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, product management, or production/manufacturing management.
  • Preferably with a postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant experience in business management.
  • Experience in relays or related industries such as automation, robotics, and drive and motion technology is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial and marketing skills, including the ability to derive insights from Voice of Customer (VOC).
  • Experience using commercial tools, e.g., VOC, market segmentation, strategic pricing, and effective customer communication.
  • High influence and persuasion skills, combined with the ability to achieve goals through collaboration.
  • Good knowledge of industrial product markets.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as competence in planning, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously and work within demanding timeframes.
