Our client is seeking a highly motivated and successful Senior Account Executive to join their growing sales team in a fully remote capacity. This is a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities within a defined territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calling, networking, and leveraging CRM data. Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing opportunities from initial contact to close. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure client success. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales leadership. Cultivate long-term relationships with key client stakeholders. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience. Minimum of 5-7 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, with a track record of exceeding quotas. Demonstrated ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
