Our client is seeking a highly accomplished and dedicated Senior Customer Success Manager to join our fully remote team. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Proactively monitor client health and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to individual client needs and business objectives. Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with clients to demonstrate value and align on goals. Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of our solutions. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements. Educate clients on new features and best practices to enhance their utilization of our offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and advocate for client needs. Analyze customer data to track key metrics such as retention, churn, and expansion. Contribute to the development and refinement of customer success strategies and playbooks. Mentor and guide junior members of the customer success team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer retention and growth. Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to customer management. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms. Ability to understand complex product offerings and translate their value to clients. Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with exceptional time management skills. Passion for customer advocacy and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Experience within the SaaS or technology sector is highly desirable.
