Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Email, Display). Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance against client objectives. Analyze campaign data, generate insightful reports, and present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content and assets. Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital marketing initiatives. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, engagement, and conversion rates. Contribute to the development of new service offerings and best practices within the agency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO platforms). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and projects. Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in digital marketing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
