Our client, a prestigious financial institution, is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Remote Financial Analyst to join their Investment Banking division. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, M&A, and LBO analysis. Perform in-depth financial statement analysis and forecasting. Conduct industry research and market analysis to support deal origination. Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, pitch books, and presentations. Support senior bankers in client meetings and due diligence processes. Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers and risks. Monitor market trends and their impact on client portfolios. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data and analyses. Collaborate effectively with deal teams and other stakeholders remotely. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and accounting standards. Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis. Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively. Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Strong understanding of capital markets and M&A processes.
