Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fully remote setting. Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of program goals.
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and leadership.
• Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and report on status regularly.
• Manage program budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement within program management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on complex initiatives.
• Proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Experience working successfully in a fully remote team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
