Senior Remote Project Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing tech firm, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Remote Project Manager to lead critical initiatives from concept to completion. This is a fully remote position, offering significant flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse, global team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your role will involve defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. You will develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Effective stakeholder management and communication are paramount in this role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, facilitating clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization and with external partners. This includes managing expectations, reporting progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. You will lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential, and you should be adept at tailoring project management approaches to suit specific project needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with a PMP or equivalent certification. A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, is required. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills are a must. You should be proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and possess strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
