Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to bolster their global recruitment efforts. This role is essential for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent across various industries and disciplines for our diverse client base. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment to deliver exceptional staffing solutions.
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and collaborate with a distributed team of recruitment professionals. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, for a variety of roles across different sectors.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, role specifications, and company culture.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate data, track recruitment progress, and generate reports.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a high level of professional service.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a recruitment consultancy environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a high volume of diverse roles.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and utilizing recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
