A leading Development Finance Institution is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Research Analyst to join its Strategy and Planning team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct macroeconomic, sector, and industrial research and analysis.
• Develop reports, strategic insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor local and global economic trends and emerging industries.
• Maintain economic and industrial research databases.
• Support stakeholder engagement, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Provide strategic research support for executive leadership and policy discussions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Honours Degree in Economics, Finance, Investment Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in economic/investment research.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research capability.
• Experience in development finance and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel.
