Responsibilities

• Lead complex product development projects from concept to commercialization
• Drive technical development activities in compliance with MDR, FDA, and design control requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Clinical Affairs
• Lead verification, validation, risk management, and technical documentation activities
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation initiatives, and engineering best practices

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in medical device development
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, verification & validation, regulatory standards, and design transfer
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in cross-functional environments
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
