Senior Resident Engineer

A leading consultancy in the mining industry is looking for a skilled resident engineer to join their teams in Gauteng and Limpopo. They are looking for people with strong technical knowledge with a talent for managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Role requirements:

• Relevant Construction Management or Civil Engineering Qualification

• 10+ years’ experience

• Registered as a Pr. with ECSA or SACPCMP

• Experience managing and supervising large scale earthworks, pump stations, pipelines, and large civil infrastructure projects within the mining industry.

• Knowledgeable in NEC, FIDIC, GCC conditions of contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of resident engineers

• Supervise on-site activities

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• Prepare monthly progress reports.
