Your Role
As a Senior RF Systems Engineer, you will:
- Conduct research, design, and develop RF transmitters, receivers, and antenna elements for radar applications across UHF, L, S, and X-Band frequencies.
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on various programs to design transmit and receive circuits and subsystems that meet critical operational needs.
- Perform trade studies, dynamic analyses, and interface with vendors to test circuits and power and analog circuitry.
- Work alongside engineers from other disciplines, such as Mechanical, Systems, Firmware, and Software, to devise innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Support failure analysis, Material Review Board processing, and troubleshooting to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education, plus at least 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of experience with a related master's degree.
- Experience with integrated circuit and discrete transistor design and impedance matching networks is a plus.
- Proficient with RF testing and lab equipment, including O-Scopes, Spectrum Analyzers, VNA, RSA, etc.
- Familiarity with analysis tools such as PSpice, ADS, and HFSS.
- Knowledge of T/R module design, RF circuit design, and antennas.
- Strong understanding of analog circuits, including design and analyses.
- Experience drafting circuit schematics and layouts using tools like Zuken or Xpedition.
- Solid grasp of PCB design and construction methods.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
