Senior Rock Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Rock Engineer to join a well-established mine based in Rustenburg Minimum Requirements: • Certificate of Competence: Rock Mechanics. • Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Mining Engineering /Geology. • Code 08 (EB) Driver's License. • SANIRE and ECSA registration. • Member of SAIMM (South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy). • 8 years' practical experience in Geology / Rock Mechanics or Mining. • 2 years management experience including preceding supervisory roles. • Chapter 14.1 (8) legal appointment in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act (Act 29 of 1996). • Design, approve and revise suitable mining layouts and support according to rock engineering
